What is somnio? Somnio is the first digital health application approved as an "app on prescription" specifically designed for patients with sleep disorders, particularly insomnia. How can I access somnio? Somnio can be prescribed by any physician or psychotherapist equipped to issue health insurance prescriptions. Patients with a formal diagnosis of insomnia may also request access directly from their health insurance provider. To activate your account, a license code is necessary, which can be obtained from your health insurance company following the submission of the prescription or diagnosis confirmation. How does somnio function? Somnio utilizes effective treatment methodologies to facilitate improved sleep patterns.
