What is somnio? Somnio is the first digital health application approved as an "app on prescription" specifically designed for patients with sleep disorders, particularly insomnia. How can I access somnio? Somnio can be prescribed by any physician or psychotherapist equipped to issue health insurance prescriptions. Patients with a formal diagnosis of insomnia may also request access directly from their health insurance provider. To activate your account, a license code is necessary, which can be obtained from your health insurance company following the submission of the prescription or diagnosis confirmation.
